WHAT IS COVERED
Navi sunglasses are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This includes frame defects, lens defects, and hardware failures that occur under normal use. We also cover 1 pair replacement per original order for damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or neglect.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED
Normal wear and tear, scratched lenses due to improper cleaning or storage, and unauthorized modifications are not covered under warranty.

REPLACEMENT POLICY
If your sunglasses qualify, we will replace 1 pair per original order. The replacement will be the same style and color, subject to availability. If the original style is no longer available, we'll work with you to find a suitable alternative. Replacement shipping is the responsibility of the customer at the current standard shipping rate.

IMPORTANT NOTES
Warranty claims must be submitted within a reasonable time of discovering the defect. Navi Eyewear reserves the right to determine whether a defect qualifies for coverage. Our warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by location.

Contact our team at info@navieyewear.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the defect.

WE REVIEW
Our team reviews your claim within 2 business days and determines if it qualifies for replacement under our warranty policy.

WE SHIP
If approved, we send your replacement pair. You'll be charged the current standard shipping rate and we'll have your new pair on the way.
