U.S. Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

For customers that place orders before 11am PST, we will do our very best to get your package out the same day. Orders placed after 11am PST will ship out on the following business day. All orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the next business day.

Navi is located in Lake Elsinore, California. We are proud to be part of Riverside County in the beautiful golden state.

All domestic orders greater than $35 are shipped FREE unless alternate shipping is requested. The FREE SHIPPING delivery method will take 3-5 days to arrive. All orders under $35 are shipped in whichever method is requested.

All international orders are shipped using the method chosen and should arrive within 7-10 days.

Fedex shipping offer valid for deliveries to domestic street addresses only, not available for delivery to PO Box, APO, DPO, FPO, Puerto Rico or other US Territory addresses, these orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail which is an expedited but not guaranteed delivery service. All Fedex shipment delivery times are subject to terms and conditions and blackout dates shown at Fedex.

*International orders are subject to customs clearance in which we have no control over.

FedEx does not count weekends or the day your order ships towards shipping time. If Your Order ships on Monday it will deliver on Wednesday. If your order is shipped Thursday it will deliver Monday.

Sure, if you live locally or are visiting Lake Elsnore, Ca you are welcome to stop by our office and pick up your order. Please contact us to arrange a time.

Any styles/colors that are labeled as “out of stock” should have a signup form to be notified when in stock. If no signup form is available then the item has been discontinued.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Items must not have been worn or damaged. If items are worn, damaged, or not returned in the original packaging a $10 fee will be charged.
• Items must be in original condition and show no visible signs of use.
• The items must be returned in their original packaging.
• Must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of order date.

For Exchanges please choose exchange and select the pair you would like with during the process.

*1 Return/Exchange per original order. If purchased on BOGO all items must be returned or it will be treated as an exchange. Once return label is printed items must be postmarked within 10 days. If items are not sent back within timeframe we can no longer except.

Your return will be processed within 3-5 business days of being delivered. After your return has been processed it will typically take 2-5 days for the funds to show on your bank statement.

If your order has already been shipped, we are sorry, but we will not be able to update your order.

If you’re having issues with your delivery or your order shows delivered and you have not received your package, please contact us, and we will reply shortly.

Lost orders will be reshipped. Stolen packages require an online police report. If you choose to have a refund issued rather than a reshipment your shipping will not be refunded. Reshipments will be shipped with our FREE shipping method.

All Navis come with a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you’re not 100% satisfied please contact us. This includes all manufacture defects, including: broken hinges, lens blemishes or peeling, loose or bent nose pieces, breaking or defective arms, frame cracking, popping out lenses, etc.

However, this does not include any damage from typical wear and tear, for example: Scratched lenses, sun/heat damage, stepping or breaking them, popping out lense, etc. See the Navi Guarantee for information regarding this.

Don’t worry! We’ve got you covered with Navi's exclusive NO B.S. Guarantee. If your sunglasses have been lost, stolen, or broken, you can submit your claim HERE for a new pair of the exact same style/color as your original purchase. If that color is no longer available, you can choose a pair of the same style in a different color. If that style is no longer available then you can choose any pair of equal or lesser value. (Limit to two time usage)

*Customer is responsible for a one time processing fee of $11.50 for domestic and $20 for international replacements.

Please contact us with the correct address by Contacting Us ASAP. But hurry, if the item has already been shipped, unfortunately there is nothing we can do.

From time to time orders are returned to sender. When this happens, your order will be shipped back to Navi, and once received, the cost of the glasses can be refunded, or if you would like them reshipped, the new postage cost will be applied and invoiced.

International

If your package is at your country’s customs department, unfortunately, we cannot provide an estimated time for how long it will take them to process your package. There are packages that make it through customs inspections within a few days while other times they take a few weeks. We wish we had more control over this, but it’s completely out of our hands.  However, once it clears customs, then it usually only takes 2-3 days for your local post office to deliver it. Thank you for being patient and we apologize for the inconvenience.

If your country is not listed in checkout, unfortunately we do not ship there at this time.

Navi does not charge additional fees for international orders, however, orders will be subjected to pay international duties & taxes for their respective countries. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for specifics for your country.

Please note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

We cannot control and are not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance.

Right now, international customers are responsible for their return postage.

Of course you want your shades to fit that beautiful face of yours! Luckily, each style has a size guide on the product page. If you’re unsure of the measurements that’s okay too. The size guide also lists what face sizes they fit best.

This anti-smudge coating creates an oil, dirt, dust, fingerprint resistant surface that is easy to clean and maintain.

We’re proud to say that most of our sunglasses and frames are manufactured using TR90 (a Swiss technology non-toxic thermoplastic material that’s incredibly durable, flexible and lightweight). TR90 makes Navi eyewear resilient to everyday damage, and so lightweight with a barely-there feel.

American National Standards Institute (ANSI) is a nonprofit organization that oversees the standards and rules about quality and construction of good and products, as well as product testing. The Z87 is a form of Impact Testing of your eyewear, it helps ensure safety and quality of your eyewear. Our glasses pass the ANSI Z87 test not the ANSI Z87.1.
